Submission deadline: 1 April 2025
Author notification: 15 May 2025
Final paper submission: 15 June 2025
Registration deadline for authors with papers: 15 July 2025
Conference dates: 2-4 September 2025

Submissions

The conference will accept full research papers (6000 words, excluding abstract, keywords and references) and short papers (2000 words) for regular sessions. Short papers will include practice reports. Panel submissions are also encouraged (2000 words max, which should include details of the topic and panellists. All accepted papers will be included in the IFIP Advances in Information and Communication Technology (IFIP AICT) proceedings subject to approval by Springer.

Best papers will be selected for fast tracked review in a special issue in an academic journals, details to be annonced.
