Nowadays, the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has had a significant impact on many disciplines, including financial management, because AI has provided numerous benefits, particularly in terms of automation and data analysis. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) technique to investigate the impact of AI adoption in financial management across enterprises and sectors. By reviewing and synthesizing publications and conference papers published between 2018 and 2025, this study identified key areas where AI can help with efficiency, decision-making, and risk management. During the review process, the authors discovered that 24 of 60,598 scientific and conference publications discussed the use of artificial intelligence in financial management. According to the findings, United States is the most advanced user of artificial intelligence. The use of AI in financial management has a variety of consequences, ranging from beneficial ones such as increased business profitability to negative ones that could drive businesses out of business. This study confirms the necessity of developing more resilient and adaptive AI models to maximize the benefits and mitigate the potential risks involved in financial management.
