Among other reasons, managing government finances well has an impact on economic growth. The government was obliged to adopt an electronic online system for governance due to the rapid advancement of information technology. The Institution Level Financial Application System is one of them, and it is an online form. The ministry level makes use of this program. The application of SAKTI in the Ministry of Education and Culture is examined by our research in terms of its influencing elements. Our study is quantitative in nature. We make use of primary data collected via electronic questionnaires. Partial least squares structural equation modeling is used in our data analysis. SMART PLS 4 was used to process the data, the most recent software available. According to the findings of our study, perceived usefulness affected behavior intention to use SAKTI; however, perceived simplicity of use only had a little impact on behavior intention to use SAKTI. The aim to utilize SAKTI has a considerable impact on how SAKTI is used.
