This study examines the relationship between big data utilization, ESG scores, and technical efficiency of Indonesian listed firms. The results reveal a positive correlation between big data usage and technical efficiency, while ESG scores’ impact was insignificant. The findings highlight the importance of big data in enhancing technical efficiency for decision-makers in Indonesian firms.
