Age and generational differences can result in different factors that influence people to use E-Payment Systems (EPS). Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to analyze factors influencing behavioral intention to use EPS by Gen Z and Baby Boomers in Indonesia by using the UTAUT model with perceived security as an additional variable. For this study, a quantitative method was used by collecting data using a questionnaire. Purposive sampling was used for this study, and 176 samples were selected according to the characteristic that we had decided on in advance. We used the SEM-PLS approach to analyze the quantitative data. Our finding showed that only perceived security significantly influenced the behavioral intention to use EPS by Gen Z. On the other hand, behavioral intention to use EPS by Baby Boomers was influenced considerably by effort expectancy and perceived security. The results of this study offer another perspective in understanding Gen Z and Baby Boomers as e-payment users.
