His research interests focus on digital transformation, particularly in the adoption of big data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), and financial technology within organizational settings. He has contributed to studies examining the impact of big data and IoT implementation on business performance, utilizing advanced analytical methods such as Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate organizational outcomes.
