Dr. Anthonius is an academic and researcher in the fields of accounting, auditing, human resource management, and organizational behavior. His research reflects an interdisciplinary approach that integrates accounting, employee performance, organizational development, psychological well-being, and sustainable community development. His scholarly work emphasizes the role of human capital, competency development, and organizational effectiveness in improving both individual and institutional performance.

 

A significant portion of his research focuses on auditing and organizational behavior, particularly the psychological and behavioral aspects influencing auditors’ performance. His recent work investigates the relationship between psychological capital, employee well-being, dysfunctional audit behavior, and audit quality, providing valuable insights into how psychological factors contribute to professional performance and ethical decision-making within the auditing profession.

 

Dr. Anthonius has also made substantial contributions to human resource management research. His studies examine employee empowerment, competency development, work stress, financial rewards, soft skills, hard skills, and job performance across various industries, including hospitality, sales and marketing, and online transportation services. His research highlights the importance of developing workforce competencies to improve organizational productivity and employee well-being.

 

In addition, his research extends to sustainable development and public welfare through studies supporting the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Village SDG 8 concerning inclusive economic growth and sustainable rural development.
