According to Sustainability Development Goals number 11 about sustainable cities and communities, all region must be making their cities and communities strong and resilient region especially in Indonesia. To make a strong cities and communities every region in Indonesia must have some innovation to develop their region especially using technology. This research was conducted to analyze how far E-Retribution’s effectiveness in helping people and the market managers do payment to comply with levy payments and ERetribution readiness to increase levy payment compliance. In many cases people in local region aren’t complying in paying taxes especially in levy payments because of the difficulty to pay. To know how effective ERetribution can help people increasing regional levies payment compliance so this research come to answer this problem. This Research using Qualitative method and using In Depth Interview in collecting data.
