In everyday life the perception of ease of use of the system such as learning the use of e-filling easily, i nteraksi with e-filling is very clear and understandable, can use e-filling easily, b adapts to e-filling easily and  sthe whole e-filling system is easy to use and so on.  Definition of Perception of Ease According to experts can be explained as follows : persepsi Ease, This perception describes a level where there is confidence in someone in using a system, thinking that the system used is very easy and does not need to struggle in using the system. According to Utami & Osesoga (2017) the perception of ease of use of e-filling is a measure where one believes that the e-filling system can be used easily and can be easily understood.  According to Jogiyanto (2007), the perception of convenience is defined as the degree to which a person believes that using a technology will be free from effort. Furthermore, Jogiyanto (2019) explained that the perception of ease of use is a measure where one believes that using a technology can be clearly used and does not require much effort but must be easy to use and easy to operate.

Davis (1986) defines the perception of convenience as a level where one believes that using information technology can reduce one’s efforts in doing something. From the definition above, it can be seen that the perception of simplicity is a belief that if a person feels that a system he uses can be easily used, then he will use it.  Davis further (2019:30) explains that ease of use is the level of user expectations of the effort that must be spent to use a system. This can be interpreted to mean that ease of use is the extent to which a person believes that using technology will be free from effort. According to Davis (2018:701) Ease is the level at which a person believes that the use of a system is not difficult to understand and does not require heavy effort from the wearer to be able to use it. So that convenience can be interpreted to mean that a system is created not to make it difficult to use, but a system is made with the aim of providing convenience for its users. Therefore, someone who uses a certain system will work easier when compared to someone who works manually. Ease explains that if a technology is easy to use, then users will tend to use the technology.
